What We Do

The YWCA Billings Employment and Training Center links you to training and good jobs, helping you to make the right career connections!  Our FREE services are provided to both men and women.  We provide services through two different grants:

  • Workforce Investment Act Adult program
  • State Displaced Homemaker program

How Do I Qualify?

  • Age 18 or older
  • Seeking full-time employment right now or after training is completed
  • Low-income or a Displaced Homemaker

Additional qualification criteria exist; these are just the basics.  There are a limited number of participant slots available each year.  Qualifying for the program does not ensure enrollment.  Those we enroll qualify for the specific grant program and can most benefit from the program.  We often refer individuals to other agencies who are better able to provide needed services.
