Dedicated to saving lives, changing lives, and improving the lives of women and children, YWCA Billings also supports YWCA USA’s mission to empower women; eliminate racism; promote peace, justice, equality and dignity for all. We have proudly provided vital services to our community since 1907.
YWCA’s Board of Directors, Endowment Foundation, CEO, and employees strive to meet the organization’s mission by funding and administering three core programs: The Gateway Shelter and Employment & Training as well as the YWCA Child Center for learning and school readiness.

YWCA is always looking for committed people from varied backgrounds to make a positive impact for people we serve. Volunteer and intern opportunities include, but are not limited to:
- Support, projects and meal preparation at Gateway Shelter for victims of domestic violence
- On-Call Sexual Assault Advocate
- Facilities repairs and improvements
- Donation sorting
