Sexual Violence Victims Services

What We Offer

We want you to know that the YWCA Billings Sexual Assault Victims Services center is here for you in your time of need.  Some of the services we provide are:

• Immediate outreach to victims of sexual assault / rape 24 hours a day - 7days a week
• Immediate crisis intervention through advocates and the 24 Hour Crisis Line

Our specialty trained advocates are on call to answer questions, provide support, offer referrals, and explain options in a non-judgmental and completely confidential manner.

• Accompaniment for victims to the hospital for the rape exam
• Face to face crisis intervention for rape / assault victims and their families
• Support groups for victims of rape / sexual assault or adults who were molested as children
• Accompaniment for victims through criminal proceedings or interactions with law enforcement
• Community education and awareness presentations for students
• Volunteer training for advocates who assist victims
• Referrals to appropriate community agencies available to assist victims
• Clothing, if needed, following the forensic rape exam
