Support Groups Schedule

All Support Groups are held at the YWCA. Groups are open to community members and are free of charge.  Child Care is provided at no cost for mothers wishing to attend group.

Sisters of Survival

This group explores the dynamics of domestic violence and encourages survivors to heal together.

  • Thursday 6 to 8 p.m.

Breaking Through the Silence

This group is a place for adults molested as children and survivors of sexual violence to share their experiences and benefit from the strength of others.

Hope

This group encourages self-esteem building and self-care for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

  • Thursdays 10 a.m. to Noon
