Support Groups Schedule

All Support Groups are held at the YWCA. Groups are open to community members and are free of charge.  Child Care is provided at no cost for mothers wishing to attend group.  If you need child care please call our office prior to group for further instructions.

Sisters of Survival

This group explores the dynamics of domestic violence and encourages survivors to heal together.

• Thursdays 6 to 8 p.m. *please call 245-4472 for location

Breaking Through the Silence

This group is a place for survivors of sexual violence and adults molested as children to start the healing process by sharing their experiences and benefitting from the strength of others.

• By appointment for one on one support.  Call 245-4472 for an appointment or come by the YWCA at 909 Wyoming Ave, during office hours (8am - 5pm).

Hope

This group encourages self-esteem building and self-care for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
