YWCA Billings offers Emergency Services at no cost to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking.

Secure Emergency Shelter
Gateway Horizons is YWCA’s emergency shelter that offers up to 90 days of refuge for those fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. While in our safe harbor, residents have access to services that empower them to find secure housing, employment, emotional health, personal safety, and ultimately, a life free from violence.
Big Horn County Shelter
To better serve the survivors in Big Horn County, YWCA operates an emergency shelter in Hardin to provide emergency support and safety for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
24-Hour Help Lines
Callers receive information, guidance and support from trained Victim Support Specialists and learn about YWCA’s programs and other community resource.
Hospital Accompaniment
YWCA advocates accompany survivors of sexual violence to Billings Clinic for forensic evidence collection exams, 24-hours per day, seven days a week as part of the SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) program.
