Salute Honoree Spotlight: Brandon Walter

Mar 5, 2021

A native of Billings, Montana, FBI Special Agent Brandon Walter has worked tirelessly with hundreds of victims in human trafficking cases, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), child abuse, child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and assault cases across Montana and the Pacific Northwest.

For years, Brandon was the only law enforcement officer in the state assigned to work human trafficking cases full time, and now he splits his time to include Indian Country cases. In addition to his criminal investigative work, Agent Walter is a member of the FBI Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (CARD) Team and the FBI Hazardous Materials Evidence Response Team (HERT).

Brandon works tirelessly with victims and survivors to ensure that their safety needs are met, and to provide a pathway of opportunity for these victims to gain solid footing.

Brandon continues to exude the balance of being an eager and passionate leader, while providing education on human trafficking and safety for our community.

YWCA celebrates Brandon for all he does to save and change lives!
