Founding Owner of Red Ants Pants and Red Ants Pants Foundation, Sarah Calhoun has nearly two decades of leadership experience in the non-profit and small business sectors. She is the Salute 2020 recipient of the Woman of Achievement Award, a prestigious honor which over 36 years has been given to 160 remarkable and inspiring women in the Billings area. Sarah is the first Salute Honoree from elsewhere in the state.
Through Sarah’s guidance and passion, Red Ants Pants Foundation supports women’s leadership, working family farms and ranches, and rural communities in Montana, as well as the Red Ants Pant Music Festival and the Red Ants Pants Foundation Girls Leadership Program, which is designed to build highly competent and confident female leaders.
And, Sarah is a great role model in that regard. She definitely proves to be a powerhouse of inspiration for women in businesses and a revolutionary figure in rural business today.
